Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions for our websiite



 a) MBC Enterprises, trading as kitchentopsdirect.com shall sell and the purchaser shall purchase all goods in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2. Prices

 a) Unless otherwise stated prices are all inclusive.

3. Despatch and Delivery

 a) Delivery dates and times are based on the best information at time of order. You will be contacted within 2 hours of your purchase with full delivery information.

 b) The delivery address must be a UK Main Land postal code, although not curently covering Scotland and Northern Ireland.

 c) Failed deliveries due to no one available to recieve the purchases on the agreed dates may incur additional delivery charges for subsequent delivery attempts.

 4. Payment

 a) Payment shall be made in full at time of order - secure payments will be taken via our Paypal Business account or by means of our Merchant Partners though Debit/Credit Card payments, proforma invoices will be sent upon request - standard invoices will be sent once cleared payments have been recieved.

b) If the delivery date offered by MBC Enterprises is not agreeable with the purchaser, then a full refund will be made within 12hours.

c) If the delivery postal code is not serviced by MBC Enterprises then a full refund will be made within 12hours

5. Return of Goods

 a) All products are despatched to you in good condition by our authorsied carrier/ transport partners. Please ensure that the products are inspected before use. In the very unlikely event of products arriving damaged, please report the problem to us within 48 hours. MBC Enterprises will arrange replacements/refund. Please note that the transport partner only delivers to Post Codes on a set day each week, some post codes more than once a week and some post codes only once a week. Any damages will be replaced FOC (no repeat delivery charge) but the delivery of the replacement will be dependant of availablity and the transport partners delivery schedule, we will endeavour to resolve ASAP but if the solution is not acceptable then a full refund will be made to allow you (the cutsomer) to source elsewhere. MBC Enterprises will not be liable for costly carriers or any fitter charges caused by any delays.

 b) Non faulty goods may be returned in original packaging but will be subject to a handling charge, usually 20% of the value of the goods.
